Chalumpon Lotharukpong

Chalumpon Lotharukpong is the Managing Director of VT Group, a Thai owned family business established in 1981 with operations in Thailand and Yangon, Myanmar, employing around 2,000 people. The company is specialised in the design and manufacturing of outerwear and sportswear with reputed clients such as Patagonia, Jack Wolfskin, Montbell, Stella McCartney, and Outerknown. The turnover for 2018 was $60 million. Chalumpon joined the company in 2006 and spearheaded numerous change management projects including the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean Manufacturing and Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). Since 2011, the company has won national awards including Thailand Lean Award (Gold), Kano Quality Award (Bronze), and Thailand Quality Prize (Gold).  Chalumpon obtained a First-Class Honours degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and completed his postgraduate study in Management at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.

An alumna of the College of Management, Mahidol University of Thailand, Haruethai is the Regional Sales Manager (Southeast Asia) for Coats Digital – a global technology business transforming the fashion supply chain.   She applies her professional experience, gained from upstream to downstream of fashion & apparel supply chain processes in various functions such as product development, sourcing, merchandising, technical and production, to help fashion manufacturers accelerate the digitization of their business processes. Haruethai is responsible for managing the local teams and supporting customers in Southeast Asia covering Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Cambodia. She loves supporting fashion businesses to advance on their digital transformation journey.
